What is Delightful Cycle?

 We are a beauty-snack-tampon delivery hybrid.  We get you in touch with new brands, spa treatments, and a little bit of luxury each month. 

How does it work?

Pick and purchase your kit, fill out a quick survey that we email you, and get your favorite brands delivered discreetly, with luxurious goodies, dedicated to help you practice a few moments of self-care each month.

What selection of brands to you offer?

Tampax, Kotex, Playtex, O.B.... If you can get us a name, or a good description of your preferred tampons, we can find it. This is what we do. Every one is different. I use heavy tampons with a panty-liner for the first few days, and then lite's are fine to finish. A mix of both is A-OKAY!

How are the boxes priced?

Each kit has free shipping within the US.

A Lady's Lite Kit $12.95,

The Go with the Flow  $19.95, 

Pamper Me Organically $34.95. 

What about Pads?

 If you use pads, don't be shy about which kind you like. Just as an example, Always has about a million different kinds of pads. Do you like them ultra-thin? Do you prefer Maxi pads? The more you tell us, the better your kit will serve you.

What should I expect each month?

 Each box we send is going to be different, because they are customized to you. We will get you in touch with snacks that fit your preferences, beauty supplies and enough femme supplies to keep you all stocked up. Every box will have feminine wipes, and panty-liners as well. 

I haven't got my kit yes this month. What should I do?

Sometimes we have packages come back undeliverable  - - first thing we need to do is make sure your shipping address is correct. Please email us directly at support@delightfulcycle.com if 7 days have gone by since you've received the tracking information without delivery.


My tracking information hasn't shown any movement. What is going on?

Sometimes USPS doesn't scan deliveries until they are out for delivery. This can be frustrating when four days after you've gotten a tracking number, it still shows "shipment preparing" but please trust that we've gotten your kit into the right hands, and is on its way!


What is your refund policy?

As a company that chooses not to charge any shipping fees, at this time we are no longer going to be offering refunds. If you haven't received your kit, please email us, and we will send you a new one at no cost to you. We will not refund for prepaid orders after cancellation.


I just bought, but I haven't got my survey yet to customize my kit. What do I do?
